Next-Gen Assistant Pastor (Part-Time)
Bethel Pentecostal Church is seeking a Spirit-led and relational team player to serve as our part-time Next Gen Assistant Pastor. This role provides spiritual leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care for students within the Next Gen ministry, with a primary focus on building a thriving junior high community through engaging teaching, leadership development, and impactful programming. If you have a passion for raising up the next generation, strong communication skills, and a desire to see students move from visiting to belonging, we want to hear from you.
Reports to: Next-Gen Pastor
Status: Part-Time Position

AVL & Digital Operations Specialist
Overview
The AVL & Digital Operations Specialist is an energetic, organized, and technically skilled team player who serves on Bethel’s production team. They systematically maintain, operate, and safeguard all physical audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems across all church venues, manage digital media distribution pipelines, and optimize front-end website content to facilitate church engagement and advance Bethel’s overall mission.
