Connections Director (Full-Time)
Bethel Pentecostal Church is seeking an innovative and visionary team player to serve as our full-time Connections Director starting in Fall 2026. This role provides leadership in creating meaningful connections both inside and outside the church, building practical relationship systems, and maximizing the excellence of our media, website, and promotions. If you have a pastoral heart, strong multimedia skills, and a passion for moving people from visiting to belonging, we want to hear from you.

Reports to: Lead Pastor
Status: Full-Time Position (40 hours/week)
Start Date: Fall 2026
Remuneration: Commensurate with education and experience
