YOUR IMPACT
LOCAL & GLOBAL
Sunday is just the beginning.
Being the Church isn’t just about attending a service—it’s about living out God’s love every day—in your workplaces, schools, and neighbourhoods.
Through supporting local and global causes, partnering with missionaries, and engaging with a variety of organizations and initiatives, Bethel strives to make a tangible impact in our city and around the world. Here are some of the ways we’re serving together—join us in making a difference!
GLOBAL IMPACT
Bethel supports missionaries serving around the world. We believe Jesus is still calling people to go, and as a church family, we are embracing this mission by walking alongside them in prayer, encouragement, and practical support.
Some of the missionaries we support serve in restricted-access nations, where creative and Spirit-led approaches are needed to share the gospel. Their work focuses on making Spirit-filled disciples and planting multiplying fellowships of local believers—often in places where a non-missionary identity is essential.
For other missionaries, we are able to share who they are and where they are serving, giving our church family the opportunity to see the tangible difference being made in communities around the world.

Pawel & Valentine run a community center called “The Ark” in Warsaw, Poland. The Ark is exists with the purpose of helping the community through provision of new and used clothes, groceries, and meals for those in need. Recently the Jarosz family has run a shelter for girls who have escaped war torn Ukraine, as well as meeting the need for the massive influx of refugees seeking asylum. The greater purpose is to spread the message of the gospel which is accomplished through the four churches.
Collaborating with the local church to reach young families in Pucusana, Peru through feeding programs, medical assistance and the gospel message of Jesus.

The focus of the Melo’s ministry is in Church Planting and Revitalization. Located in the picturesque Azores Islands (Portugal), Nearly ready to close its doors with an average attendance of 4, God has blessed this church and increased this number to over 30. The Melos would like to see a church planted on every one of the 9 islands that range in population from 300 people to 176,000. This ministry is not only bringing revitalization to one church. It is reaching an entire people group.
Our passion is to identify, disciple, and train Spanish leaders to preach the gospel throughout Spain. We also seek to care for our fellow global workers as they minister all throughout Eurasia.
Our passion is to train youth for future employment, within low-income Amerindian villages in Guyana, while also providing them a safe space to learn about Jesus.

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”
