Agnes Appiah founded an independent school and residential home focused on needy children in Sogakope, Ghana: the Living Faith Preparatory School and Home. Orphaned children and those from particularly deprived backgrounds live here and attend this school. Many children from the surrounding community also attend the school. Bethel’s support is managed through the charity, Education without Boundaries, and folks from Bethel visit her a few times a year to encourage Agnes and her team.

The Bethel Care Centre
We exists to provide warm, welcoming support to those in need in our Bethel Pentecostal Church family and our surrounding community. The Bethel Care Centre hosts two monthly Marketplaces, a full-choice Food Pantry and Clothing Depot, along with workshops, programs and special events designed to strengthen individuals and families and develop an authentic sense of community.
Our delivery of services is intentional and focused on two fundamental values – providing help with dignity and excellence. It is important to us that our guests feel valued and loved right from the moment they first make contact with us. We believe it is important to meet people right where they are and to build upon the God-given strengths that guests of the Care Centre already possess.
